Not a Ramada inn anymore, still being updated,no beer on tap,no restaurant (bar area temporary restaurant). Room was ok, maybe will be ok when completed.

Quality of Hotel appalling very tired and worn out. With gap in door and multiple repairs leaving is not fully closed. The room was tired and worn out. No hot water, sink would not drain and waitress served breakfast in her coat. Only stayed for one night glad to get out. Still waiting for my receipt as they couldn’t print of meal receipts. Hardly the service expected from a Ramada hotel. The only good think about the Hotel was the Indian evening meal.

I was almost put off by some of the reviews here, but I’m glad I wasn’t because I ended up having a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent and went above and beyond, calling taxis, offering local advise and the man on late night reception even brought us cutlery and tissues when he noticed we ordered a take away in the middle of the night, we found this very thoughtful. Nice place, lovely area, ample parking and hassle free.

I went in with a bit of a high expectation as I'd been told Ramada's we nice, and the place was more affordable than anything else I found in a rush. But the only things I actually enjoyed from the hotel was the area around it was picturesque and the shower/water pressure was fine .... Uncomfortable bed, damaged/rusty bath, radiator had a large stain beneath it.

Not the high quality I expected of the Ramada of old. A few furniture items showing signs of wear n tear, also air con faulty. That's the negatives out the way. Clean room. Good size room and large bed in this upgraded room. Good Covid19 procedures. Polite staff. Close to Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon. Near main road but I didn't hear traffic noise. Would stay again if price is competitive.

Lovely and clean. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite. The outside of the hotel really doesn't do it justice and I felt a paint refresh would help this. Couldn't fault my stay though! The food is fabulous too. You are given a full Indian menu and a full European menu and both have a great variety to choose from. The bar has a nice atmosphere and serves pretty much everything, the seating is comfortable too!!

The room was nice and clean. The rest of the hotel was very odd. It was like an abandoned house! My friend got told to wait in her car as she was slightly early for check in. We got two calls to the room asking if we were smoking or ironing. One was at 11.45pm. I never smoke or iron!! The bar was shut the whole time although the flashing lights worked nicely. But it was very cheap and made us laugh a lot!

A decent enough hotel, though we stayed during the mini heatwave and the room was uncomfortably hot. A fan was provided, but l feel all these do is blow around already warm air. No mini bar in the room so nowhere to keep a drink cold, (cold water in the sink didn't do the job.) Never booked breakfast or ate in the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel. Didn't see a lift, so if you cannot manage stairs that will be a problem. Not major complaints, just little niggles, didn't realise when booking that it was a three star hotel, my wife and I usually go for four stars if we can.

The hotel itself is quite run down. The room was clean and tidy, but the room needed a bit of attention to bring it up to standard. The remote didn't work for the TV, the menu and hotel information were tatty and worn, there was no chain on the door and the sink was cracked. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn't have breakfast but the buffet did look nice. The location is quite far out of the way, we only stayed there as it is in the middle for both myself and my friend, however there are some nice pubs at restaurants driving distance from the hotel.

Room was ok but the maintenance is lacking. The curtains were hanging off in parts and the nets were dirty or old. Most things in this hotel say lowest cost i could find. From the bed which was hard and you could feel the springs through to the toilet paper that was meant for dispensers and do not fit on the holders. You feel that the owner cares more about the bottom line than their customers comfort and happiness.
